Şehir kayıtları ve oyun ilerlemesi bu cihazda saklanır. Uygulamayı silmek veya uygulama verilerini temizlemek kayıtlarınızı kaybettirebilir.

Uygulama içi satın almalar

Satın alma içeriği görünmüyorsa uygulamayı kapatıp yeniden açın ve internet bağlantınızı kontrol edin. Sorun sürerse Apple'ın faturalandırma ve satın alma desteğine başvurun. Destek talebinde kart numarası, Apple hesabı parolası veya başka hassas bilgi paylaşmayın.

Hata veya öneri bildirmek için GitHub'da destek talebi oluşturun. Sorunu ve tekrar oluşturma adımlarını yazın; kişisel veya ödeme bilgisi eklemeyin.

Game saves

City saves and game progress are stored on this device. Deleting the app or clearing its data may remove your saves.

In-app purchases

If purchased content does not appear, close and reopen the app and check your internet connection. If the issue continues, contact Apple billing and purchase support. Do not share your card number, Apple Account password, or other sensitive information in a support request.

Contact support

For bugs or suggestions, open a support issue on GitHub. Include a description and steps to reproduce the issue, but do not include personal or payment information.
